With references to James Bond, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and even Get Smart, `Agent Colt Shore: Domino 29' is an engaging thriller about a teenage secret agent. I liked Colt's personality and attitude in the face of danger and when his mission went off the rails. He's pretty mature for his age, but I guess it's to be expected when you grow up in the agency environment. He learns pretty quickly how actions have ever increasing consequences, like the ripples in a pool or the falling of dominoes. This book is a pulse-pounding adventure and will keep you on the edge of your seat. I think it's a great book for young kids (early teens) who love action and thrills! There isn't graphic violence and sex, either, just a tiny bit a potential romance, so I think parents would be okay with this one for their kids, too!

Arresting, ingenious and lively writing, not just for the young adult market either. Axel Avian has produced an intelligent and quirky page-turner.
I didn't expect to become so immersed in the story, or with the characters. I enjoyed the fast pace and the change os scenes all over the world. Looking forward to another Colt Shore book
Agent Cold Shore Domino 29 was great fun and full of action. My friend and I both read it and loved it. Here's hoping he'll have a lot more adventures for us to share.
I really enjoyed this book and would recommend for both adults and young adults. While it's geared for teens I was caught up in the story instantly and found the characters believable.
We read this book in a mother and son book club and everyone seemed to enjoy it. It's a fairly quick read and very action packed. I'd recommend.
Axel Avian spins an exciting page turner. It all seems like such gripping adventure really happened, like the way I get caught up in a James Bond movie, afraid to put the book down until I know how Agent ColtShore will survive. Although I am one of the crowd that likes James Bond I must admit I never personally identify with the brash licensed to kill agent who takes his cocktails shaken, not stirred. But Colt Shore I can believe. I like the kid. He seems ordinary like me, but in my dreams I believe that if I were, like Colt accidentally in the right place at the right time (or is it being in the wrong place at the wrong time) that I could save the day.
